Riku may or may not be sending him a bit of a sour look – Ira should know the answer to that one. Of course Riku doesn't want to. He never wants them to know about why exactly he's so changed now. ...But he hasn't lied exactly.]
...Both. It's not just about the Tower... there's also what happened before that.
[Castle Oblivion and Xion. Those ten months that Sora spent sleeping. They know parts of the latter at least, have both met Roxas, they've all dealt with the Organization, but... there are things non of them remember because nobody but Riku (and in part Naminé) remembers.
That sour look returns again – Ira's words ring true and he knows it. He also knows better than to deny as much.]
I know. I know keeping them totally in the dark isn't as much protecting them, as it is protecting myself, but...
[He doesn't want them to pity him for the terror they've been forced to overcome, that they have overcome. He has that much pride, still.]

Ah, right. [He waves it off. Like he cares about it.] All that good stuff.
[Of course Riku wouldn't mention Castle Oblivion or whatever else happened to him in the aftermath. He was just that kind of guy, not wanting to burden people with "his" problems. Reasons he hasn't gotten along well with most of the other dreamers, really. Some things just can't be overwritten by personal experience.]
Then tell them of the triumphs. Give them some idea of what you guys managed to pull off. [shrug] ...Zo may have filled me in a little before I made my decision.
I'm laaaaaate
Xion, decisions made then, decisions made in the Tower and in the wake of it... not so much.
Though then... maybe this is him coddling his friends.
He can't help but snort amused at that suggestion though.]
Tell them all the stuff that went well and what. Omit the other seventy-five percent of what happened?
[How is that any better, really?]
