[Kind of funny how much of their questions would've been solved if they'd only known who that stranger really was (and about his existence in Xion's case). In any case, Xion leads them down through the underground, to Sunset Terrace, then up to the hill that Xion had been referring to.
She ends up parking underneath the sculpture resembling the clock tower - it'll be easy to see what she's referring to about it's relative safety. There's a lot of open space around them, but almost no way for someone to get too near without being seen.]
